1. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly — when you fill out our order form or message us on WhatsApp:

• Full name
• Phone number (WhatsApp)
• Delivery city / state, and full delivery address once shared with us on WhatsApp to arrange delivery
• The plan/package you're interested in
• Anything else you choose to tell us — including health details you volunteer while asking questions about your symptoms or which plan is right for you

Information collected automatically — like most websites, our site and its ad tracking automatically collect:

• IP address, browser type, and device type
• Pages visited, referring page, and the specific ad or link that brought you to our site (UTM parameters, TikTok click ID, Facebook click/browser IDs)
• A session identifier used to connect your visit to an order if you place one

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your order — confirming details with you on WhatsApp, preparing your pack, and passing your name, phone number, and delivery address to our delivery partner so they can get it to you
• To communicate with you — order confirmations and updates by WhatsApp and, where you provide one, by email
• To measure and improve our advertising — understanding which ads and content lead to real orders, using TikTok's and Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) advertising tools
• To prevent fraud and keep our order system secure

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following, and only as needed to run our business:

• Our delivery/logistics partner — your name, phone number, and delivery address, so your order can be shipped to you
• TikTok — limited technical data (such as your click ID and, in hashed form, contact details tied to a completed order) used to measure ad performance, under TikTok's own privacy policy
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — limited technical data (such as your browser/click ID and, in hashed form, your phone number and email tied to a completed order) used to measure ad performance, under Meta's own privacy policy
• Our email and hosting providers — who process and store data on our behalf under standard confidentiality and security terms
• Law enforcement or regulators — only where required by law

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our site uses the TikTok Pixel and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), which place small tracking technologies in your browser to help us understand which ads led to a visit or order. They record page views and order-related events, and — where you complete an order — a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your phone number and email is shared with these platforms to help match your order to the ad that led to it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of ad personalization through TikTok's and Meta's own privacy tools.

5. Sensitive Health Information

Because we support women managing fibroid symptoms, you may voluntarily share health-related details with us — for example, describing your symptoms so we can recommend the right plan. We treat anything you share this way as sensitive personal information: it is used only to support you and is never sold, advertised with, or shared beyond what's needed to serve you.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order and delivery records for as long as reasonably needed to fulfil your order, handle any support or warranty request under our 60-Day Support Promise, and meet our own bookkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see your rights below.

7. Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for a legal or order-related reason
• Object to your information being used for advertising measurement
• Withdraw any consent you've given us, at any time
